Asmâa Mellah has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Asmâa began their career as a Pharmacist Assistant at Pharmacies du Bourg/ Rives du Cher/ Damiet from 2010 to 2014. Asmâa then interned at the Medical Oncology Service at Bretonneau Hospital, where they were responsible for the prevention of medicine-related illnesses from 2013 to 2014. Following this, they worked as an intern in the Oncology clinical trials department at Bretonneau Hospital from 2014 to 2014. Asmâa then took on the role of Marketing Manager (Entrepreneurship) at LAM HOME Créations in 2014. Asmâa joined Bayer as a Product Manager for the Diabetes Care division (Ascensia Diabetes Care) from 2016 to 2017. Asmâa then transitioned to Johnson & Johnson as a Product Manager for the Diabetes Care division (LifeScan) from 2017 to 2019. Currently, Asmâa is the Head of Marketing MEA & Levant at LifeScan, starting from June 2021.

Asmâa Mellah has a diverse education history. Asmâa completed their Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree at Université de Tours from 2010 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained their French Baccalauréat in sciences with a major in physics and chemistry from Lycée Louis Massignon in Casablanca, Morocco in 2010. Asmâa furthered their education with a Master of Science in Marketing from HEC Paris, specializing in Health Marketing Elective and earning a Digital Entrepreneurship Certificate from 2015 to 2016. Asmâa also pursued leadership development by completing the Leadership communication with Impact program at INSEAD in 2019 and the Exercising Leadership: Foundational principles course at Harvard Business School, which they are currently undertaking with an expected completion in 2021.
