Nicole Marcelin, MBA, has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 23 years. Nicole currently serves as the Head of Strategic Sales and Customer Access at LifeScan Canada since June 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as the National Account Development Manager at LifeScan Canada from October 2018 to June 2021.

Before joining LifeScan Canada, Nicole worked at Johnson & Johnson for several positions. Nicole was an Account Development Manager at LifeScan Canada from February 2012 to October 2018, where they played a key role in developing accounts and driving company growth. Nicole also served as the Trade Marketing Director at LifeScan Canada, where they built retail and shopper marketing capabilities and supported brand and product initiatives from March 2010 to February 2012.

For Johnson & Johnson - LifeScan, Nicole held the role of Manager, Channel Marketing from February 2009 to May 2010. In this position, they developed and launched the Newly Diagnosed Kit for people living with diabetes, and successfully implemented a 360° Direct Response campaign. Additionally, they worked as a Product Manager from December 2006 to February 2009.

Nicole's early career includes positions at LifeScan Canada - a Johnson & Johnson Company, where they worked as an Associate Marketing Manager in 2006. Prior to that, they served as an Assistant Product Director at Johnson & Johnson from May 2003 to January 2006.

Nicole previously attended Queen's University from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science with Honours (BScH) in Environmental Science.
