Aaron Smith has extensive experience in recruitment, primarily within the life sciences sector. Currently serving as Team Manager at Life Science People since September 2020, Aaron has progressed through roles including Team Lead, Senior Recruitment Consultant, and Recruitment Consultant specializing in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs for medical devices. Prior to this, Aaron worked at EPM Scientific as a Recruitment Consultant focused on the DACH market within the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports and Exercise from Swansea University, obtained in 2019.
