Jo Dalton is the Founder and CEO of JD & Co., a leading global executive search and advisory firm specializing in high-growth disruptive tech brands. Since establishing JD & Co. in September 2011, Jo has played a pivotal role in nurturing leadership teams for innovative companies. Jo also serves as an investor, board director, and advisor to multiple organizations, including Sign of the Times, Monk, Heights, and Thortful. Additionally, Jo is an active member of the Alma Angels Network, supporting female founders and underrepresented groups. With a strong commitment to UK entrepreneurship, Jo has been a judge for the Great British Entrepreneur Awards since 2016. Prior to JD & Co., Jo founded True North Human Capital Limited, where foundational consultancy principles were established and the business was successfully launched.
