Efonda L. Sproles

Efonda L. Sproles has a diverse work experience across various industries. Starting in 1994, they worked at Life Time Fitness as a Sr. Area Director, focusing on membership acquisition and retention. In 2010, they moved to Sequel Response as VP of Marketing. Then in 2011, they became the General Agent and VP at Aliaan Insurance Agency, where they managed and trained sales agents in insurance. In 2012, they joined Ernest I. Fink Agency as the Director of Marketing & Sales. In 2014, they founded E-tegrity, a company selected by Life Time - The Healthy Way of Life Company to help discover talent. Finally, in 2015, Efonda joined Life Time - The Healthy Way of Life Company, first as a Sr. Director and then as the Vice President of Scouting and Chief Scout.

Efonda L. Sproles earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Northern Iowa between 1979 and 1983.
