Michal Plonski

Michal Plonski has a diverse work experience with a focus on management and operations. Michal started their career with Power Wellness in 2000 as a District Manager, where they demonstrated strong leadership skills by managing teams, initiating bids and proposals, and conducting presentations. Michal also gained experience in sales and sales support, project management, and inventory management.

In 2014, Michal joined Life Time - Healthy Way of Life as an Operations Manager Area Lead NJ/PA. Here, they provided overall direction, coordination, and management to the Operations team. Michal ensured the club's cleanliness, safety, and efficient functioning by delegating daily maintenance tasks.

Additionally, they briefly worked as a PMD Trainee at Merrill Lynch in 2014.
