Thomas R. Parker

Thomas R. Parker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in both coaching and legal consultancy. Currently serving as an IRONMAN Certified Coach, USAT Triathlon Coach, USA Cycling Coach, and Personal Trainer at Life Time Fitness since August 2012, Parker focuses on endurance activities. As the owner of Next Level Coaching LLC, established in February 2012, Parker provides personal training and coaching services specifically aimed at runners, cyclists, and triathletes aged 40-80, emphasizing injury prevention and rehabilitation. In addition to coaching, Parker has over 30 years of corporate and governmental legal experience, having held senior roles at Verizon Communications and GTE Telephone Operations, where responsibilities included managing regulatory matters, spearheading legislative efforts, and directing litigation. Parker holds a JD from St. Mary's University School of Law and a BA in Political Science from Southern Methodist University.
