Iris Kalbfleisch

Iris Kalbfleisch has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several industries. Iris is currently working as the Director of Professional Sales at Life360 Innovations, where they are involved in the creation and distribution of medical devices for men with urinary incontinence. Prior to this, Iris was the President of Devonshire Innovation Partners Inc., where they helped clients build innovative thinking capabilities. Iris also served as the Chief Cultural Officer at Keatec Energy Inc. from 2017 to 2020.

In their earlier career, Iris worked at Pfizer Canada Inc. as a Specialty Pharmaceutical Representative and later as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative. Iris also held the role of Special Projects Manager at World Rescue Group Inc. and served as Vice President and Manager at Jurock Publishing Ltd., where they managed a team of web application developers and secured new corporate accounts for their web development business unit. Additionally, Iris was an Account Manager at Jurock Publishing Ltd.

Throughout their career, Iris has gained experience in sales, management, and innovation, working with diverse clients ranging from multinational corporations to small start-ups.

Iris Kalbfleisch obtained their Ontario High school Diploma with Honours from Colonel By Secondary School (HS) from 1985 to 1990. Iris then pursued a BA in Administrative Commercial Studies with a focus on Finance and Economics from Western University, which they completed from 1990 to 1993. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification as an Outthinker Strategist from Outthinker in April 2015.
