Matt Franklin MSc MAPM is an accomplished project management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Head of PMO Operations at LifeArc since February 2018, previous positions include Principal Project Manager and Senior Project Manager within the same organization. Matt has a strong background in project management demonstrated by a decade-long tenure as Director at The Online Beer Festival Ltd and experience as Project Manager at Carewatch Care Services Ltd. Early career roles include Head of Operations and Business Projects Manager at Digilog UK Ltd, as well as Head of Fraud Management and Fraud Officer at Highway Insurance, focusing on fraud investigation and prevention.
