Renata Dinamarco is the Director of Customer Success at LifeBell AI. Prior to their current position, they served as Senior Manager Business Operations at athenahealth from July 2016 to June 2020. Before that, they were with McMaster-Carr as Operations Management from August 2013 to March 2016.

Ms. Dinamarco has also worked as a Research Assistant at Duke University from September 2012 to May 2013 where they sought, translated, and editorialized information regarding human trafficking in Honduras and conducted an interview with a State Department diplomat to be published in Dr. Judith Kelley’s Politics by Number: Indicators as Social Pressure in International Relations.

From May 2012 to July 2012, Ms. Dinamarco served as a Small Business Development Independent Consultant for the City of Pembroke Pines where they drafted and implemented an independent research study on-site to uncover the statistical differences between subgroups of small business owners for the government of the City of Pembroke Pines, FL. Renata also presented policy recommendations to the City’s Board of Commissioners on how to foster an environment conducive to small business growth as well as how to improve their relationship with the small business community. During their time there, they applied for and won two competitive research grants totaling $5,100.

Renata Dinamarco holds a B.S. in Public Policy Analysis from Duke University and a certification from SuccessHACKER as a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1. Renata also studied at Duke in Florence.
