Andrew Savage

Andrew Savage began their career in 2011 as a Medical Secretary for the NHS. In this role, they were responsible for secretarial duties, including constant telephone and face-to-face contact with patients. Andrew also managed weekly Counselling Psychology clinics and bi-weekly and yearly Counselling Psychology group sessions. In 2015, they moved to Cambridge and took on various temporary roles through the Reed Employment Agency. In 2016, they became a Senior Secretary for the University of Cambridge's Department of Medicine. In this role, they acted as a personal assistant to three Principal Investigators and managed two extremely busy diaries. Andrew also oversaw the arrangement of local and national meetings for research networks and grant steering committees. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as a Team Assistant - Commercial for Lifebit, a company developing the world's first platform that brings computation to omics data and learns from it.

Andrew Savage attended The Open University from 2021 to 2027, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Language.
