Maria Alvarellos has worked in various roles in the science field since 2011. Maria began their career as a Graduate Student Instructor at the University of Michigan. Maria then moved to the Lawrence Hall of Science as an Assistant Curriculum Specialist in 2012. In 2013, they became a Contributor for The Berkeley Science Review, where they pitched and wrote the feature story for the November 2013 issue. Maria also worked as a Freelance Contributor for Treasure Bay Books in 2013. In 2014, Maria became a Scientific Curator at Stanford University.
