James Roberge is the Vice President of Capital Improvements and Support Services at LifeBridge Health. James has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on facilities management and engineering.

James began their career in 1990 as the Manager of Plant Operations at Michael Reese Medical Center. James then spent three years as the Regional Engineer for Sodexo before joining Hackley Hospital as the Director of Support Services in 1994. James remained with Hackley until 2008, when they joined Mercy Health as the Senior Director of Facilities Services. James remained with Mercy Health until 2015, when they joined LifeBridge Health.

James Roberge earned a BS in engineering from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy. James then went on to earn a degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.

James Roberge reports to Neil Meltzer, President & CEO. James Roberge works with Daniel Blum - President, Sinai Hospital/Grace Medical Center & SVP, LifeBridge Health, Daniel Durand - VP & Chief Clinical Officer, and Brian Deffaa - CMO.
