Jonathan Binder is the COO of LifeBridge Health Partners at LifeBridge Health. Jonathan has over three decades of experience in the healthcare industry, and has held various leadership positions during their career.

Binder began their career in the healthcare industry in 1984, working as a staff nurse at a hospital in Maryland. Jonathan then held various nursing and managerial positions at hospitals in Maryland, Delaware, and Washington D.C. In 2009, they became the General Manager/AVP of Operations for Amedisys, a home health and hospice company with offices in Maryland, Delaware, and Washington D.C. Jonathan was responsible for directing overall agency operations for 12 home health and 2 hospice offices, with a combined patient census of 2,000+.

In 2012, Binder left Amedisys to join LifeBridge Health as the COO of LifeBridge Health Partners. In this role, they are responsible for the overall operation of all programs within the organization. Jonathan works closely with the CEO to develop and implement strategic plans, and also works with other senior leaders to ensure that all departments are functioning efficiently and effectively. Under Binder’s leadership, LifeBridge Health Partners has become one of the leading provider organizations in the region.

Jonathan Binder completed a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Towson University.

They are on a team with David Mccormick - AVP, Finance, Louis Dunaway - VP, Budget and Capital Planning, and Nancy Kane - VP, Financial Reporting. Jonathan Binder reports to David Krajewski, EVP, CFO, LifeBridge Health & President, LifeBridge Health Partners.
