Melinda Rowe, BSN, RN has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Melinda started their career in 2001 as a Group Exercise Instructor for senior citizens at St. Paul Lutheran Church and Hilltop Senior Village. In 2004, they became the Owner of Curves for Women, where they managed all aspects of the business and advised members on exercise and nutrition. In 2008, they joined Provant Health Solutions as a Regional Coordinator/Lead/Health Screener. In 2014, they worked as a Treatment Nurse at Willow Brook Christian Community and as a contingent Registered Nurse at Mount Carmel Health System. From 2015 to present, they have been part of LifeCare Alliance, initially serving as a Wellness Nurse and later taking on the role of Wellness Director, where they managed community wellness clinics, travel immunizations, and corporate relationships. Their most recent position at LifeCare Alliance is the Wellness & Central Ohio Diabetes Association Director. Throughout their career, Melinda has demonstrated a commitment to promoting wellness and providing healthcare services to diverse populations.

Melinda Rowe, BSN, RN has a diverse educational background. Melinda holds a Bachelor's Degree in BSN from Chamberlain University. Prior to that, they completed an Associates of applied science in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Columbus State Community College. Melinda also has a Bachelors of Science in Human Nutrition and Food Management from The Ohio State University. In addition, Melinda has earned an Associates degree in Sports & Fitness Management from Columbus State Community College. Melinda further expanded their skill set by obtaining a Certificate in Phlebotomy Technician/Phlebotomist from the Ohio School of Phlebotomy, as well as a Certificate in CPR/BLS from the American Heart Association.

Moreover, Melinda has an Exercise Specialist Certificate from Columbus State Community College, which they obtained in June 2003.
