Stanley Mariga

Stanley Mariga has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the healthcare industry. Stanley started their career as a Manager of Patient Care Management at ARAVIND EYE CARE SYSTEM in 2007. Stanley then worked as a Hospital Administrator at Kilimanjaro Christian Medical University College in 2008. In 2009, they took on the role of a Medical Coding Specialist at Aga Khan University. From 2012 to 2014, Stanley worked as an Application Specialist/Pre-Sale at Napier HealthCare Solutions, where they provided technical and IT support during the sales process. Stanley then served as the Chief Hospital Administrator at Wellcare Medical Centre from 2015 to 2018, where they had overall responsibility for the hospital's operations, growth, and profitability. After that, they became the General Manager of Operations at Shalina Healthcare from 2018 to 2021, overseeing daily operations and managing various hospital projects. Currently, they are the Director of Administration and Operations at LifeCare Hospitals, where they are responsible for the hospital's daily operations, financial management, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Starting in 2023, they will take on the role of Group Director of Operations at LifeCare Hospitals. Overall, Stanley Mariga has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in hospital administration and operations throughout their career.

Stanley Mariga received their Bachelor's Degree in Commerce with Information Technology from Madurai Kamaraj University in 2005. In 2006, they pursued an Associate's Degree in NGO Management-Social Marketing and Social Enterprises at Madurai Kamaraj University. Additionally, Stanley earned a Master of Science Degree in Hospital and Healthcare Management from Bharathidasan University in Tiruchirappalli in 2007.
