Francesca Orsaia

Francesca Orsaia has accumulated extensive experience in product management, project management, and marketing roles throughout their career. Francesca started their journey at Vertrue in 2000 and later held various positions in product development, marketing, and customer experience. Francesca also excelled in roles such as Senior Manager of CRM & Customer Experience at Vertrue and Director of Operations at Design Within Reach. Francesca's recent roles include Director of Product Management at LifeCare, where they were responsible for driving member engagement and new sales for the Backup Care product. Francesca'sexpertise in developing and launching new products, improving customer service processes, and implementing strategic changes has been evident in their work across different organizations.

Francesca Orsaia earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Information Systems from Fairfield University in 1999. In 2017, they obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance.
