Rachel Clark

Rachel Clark is a skilled Director of Human Resources with experience in leading HR functions for various companies in the insurance, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors. Rachel has a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration and Communication Studies from Carroll College. In their current role at LifeCenter Northwest, Rachel oversees HR operations to support company growth and strategic direction. Prior to this, Rachel held HR leadership roles at Team Focus Insurance Group, TMS Health, Memorial Hospital Pembroke, and Benefis Health System, where Rachel managed HR functions, provided support to employees and managers, and coordinated recruiting efforts. Rachel has a strong background in driving continuous improvement and delivering excellent service in HR operations.
