Brikkelle Thompson

Brikkelle (Bakken) Thompson is an experienced human resources executive with a strong background in organizational development and talent management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Lifecore Biomedical, Thompson has held significant HR leadership positions across various organizations, including Head of Human Resources for The Americas at Teleflex and Vice President of Human Resources at Nonin Medical, Inc. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Organizational & Leadership Development and Talent Management at the University of Minnesota Foundation and a Global Executive Development Program Manager at Medtronic. Thompson holds a Master of Business Administration in Business and HR Leadership from St. Thomas University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and East Asian Studies from the University of Minnesota.
