Tom Salus

Tom Salus currently serves as the Chief Legal and Administration Officer and Corporate Secretary at Lifecore Biomedical since April 2025. Previously, Tom held the position of General Counsel - Corporate, Securities and Transactions, and Assistant Secretary at Viatris from November 2020 to April 2025, along with a role as Deputy Global General Counsel. Prior experience includes positions at Mylan as Deputy General Counsel - Global BD & Securities and VP of Associate Global GC - BD and Operations, and at VWR International, LLC as VP and Lead Counsel - Strategy & Corporate Development. Tom began a legal career at PPL Corporation as Senior Counsel. Tom earned a JD from Boston College Law School and a BS in Business Administration from Bucknell University.
