Kate O’halloran

Kate O'Halloran serves as the Executive Director of LifeFlight of Maine Foundation since September 2020, leveraging fifteen years of extensive development experience across various organizations, including Colby College and MaineGeneral Health. Previously, Kate held positions as Vice President and Senior Consultant at The Rolfson Group, Inc., and as Director of Development and Alumni Connections at Carrabassett Valley Academy, where significant fundraising goals were achieved. Earlier roles included Director of Gift Planning & Major Gifts at MaineGeneral Health and Associate Director positions at Colby College and Babson College, focusing on gift planning and entrepreneurship. Kate earned an MBA in Organizational Behavior & Leadership from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership and Economics from Brown University.
