Ami Au-Yeung

Ami Au-Yeung, M.HRM, ACC has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles.

Starting in 2006, they worked as a Recruitment Coordinator at Canada's Wonderland and as a Human Resources Representative at Woodbine Entertainment Group.

From 2008 to 2010, Ami was a Human Resources Associate at Public Health Ontario. Ami then joined Ontario Power Generation in 2010 and held various positions such as Human Resources Associate, Human Resources Consultant/Business Partner, Manager of Change & Talent, and Manager of Leadership & Talent Programs.

In 2016, Ami became an Adjunct Professor at George Brown College, teaching HR Management and Project Management.

Ami expanded their career in 2017 by establishing their own business, Career Coaching by Ami, where they worked as a Workplace Strategist and Career Coach.

Ami then joined Stitt Feld Handy Group in 2019 as a Mediation and Negotiation Coach. Additionally, they became a Writer for Lifehack.org, contributing articles on career insights.

In the same year, Ami also took on the role of a Global Leadership Development Coach at EZRA Coaching. Ami further advanced their career at EZRA Coaching as the EZRA Academy Lead | Coaching Center of Excellence. Ami also served as the Content Manager for Leadership, Learning, and Coaching at Impact Labs and the Content Lead for Leadership, Learning, and Coaching at EZRA Coaching.

Throughout their career, Ami has gained substantial experience in coaching, leadership development, HR management, talent programs, mediation, negotiation, and writing.

Ami Au-Yeung, M.HRM, ACC has a diverse education history. Ami obtained a Master of Human Resources Management degree from York University. Ami also holds an Executive Certificate in Conflict Management from the University of Windsor. In addition, they completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management with a co-op program at Seneca College. Ami Au-Yeung received their Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Business & Society, with streams in Political Science & Psychology, from York University as well.

Regarding additional certifications, Ami Au-Yeung has completed various programs to enhance their coaching and leadership skills.
