David Pierce

David Pierce has over 30 years of professional experience in legal, government and corporate roles. From 1986 to 1988, they served as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co. From 1988 to 1994, they were a Special Advisor to the President at the Farm Credit System Assistance Board. From 1994 to 1995, they were a Law Clerk at the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. From 1995 to 1998, they were an Associate Attorney in the Corporate Health Law and Litigation Departments at Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. From 1998 to 2004, they were a Counsel (partner-track position) in the Litigation Department at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. From 2004 to 2012, they were a Principal in Commercial Transactions and Corporate Governance at Upper Valley Law Group. From 2012 to 2019, they were a State Senator and State Representative in the New Hampshire House of Representatives and Senate, respectively. Since 2019, they have been Vice President and General Counsel, and Senior Legal Counsel at Life Image, where they are the chief legal adviser to the C-Suite and works with the Sales team to support and manage the sales cycle of complex technology transactions.

David Pierce obtained their Doctor of Law (JD) from The George Washington University Law School between 1990 and 1993 and simultaneously obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from The George Washington University School of Business between 1991 and 1993. David also obtained a BBA in Accounting from Baylor University between 1982 and 1986. Additionally, they obtained a certification as an Attorney at Law from the New Hampshire Supreme Court in July 2007 and a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the VBOA - Virginia Board of Accountancy in June 1994.
