Amy Jarvenpaa

Amy Jarvenpaa is an accomplished talent acquisition professional currently serving as the National Talent Acquisition Leader at LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services since June 2024. Previously, Amy held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Ontario Health, where the focus was on enhancing healthcare delivery across Ontario. With significant experience at Allstate Canada as Talent Acquisition Manager, as well as leadership roles in multiple organizations such as AJ Talent, Array Marketing, and HirePower Inc., Amy has developed a strong expertise in crafting and executing talent acquisition strategies. Educational qualifications include certifications in Recruitment from AIRS and McQuaig Institute and a diploma in Social Work from Sir Sandford Fleming College.
