Michelle Lane

Michelle Lane is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment, talent management, and employee relations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Tuerk House since April 2023, Michelle oversees all HR functions and services. Previously, Michelle held the role of Human Resources Generalist at Total Health Care, Inc. for several years, specializing in recruiting medical providers across various specialties. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Physician Talent Acquisition Consultant at Children’s National Hospital and as a Recruiting Specialist at MedStar Visiting Nurse Association, where Michelle managed full-cycle recruitment processes. Michelle's career began at Bank of America as a recruiter, and includes roles in healthcare recruitment for various organizations. Educational credentials include two degrees, one in Non-Profit Management from Portland State University and another in Professional Fundraising from Boston University.
