Ashley Schwedt

Ash’s focus is on creating scalable, equitable, and anti-biased systems to support a growing team of diverse Labmates. Ash spent her first four years at LifeLabs Learning as a Leadership Trainer before transitioning into the Director of IDEA (inclusion, diversity, equity, and anti-bias) role. Ash has a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Michigan, with a focus in Social Systems and Management, and is currently pursuing her Certificate in Sports Social Work.
