Darshan Vyas 🇮🇳 (L.I.O.N)

Darshan Vyas (L.I.O.N) has a wealth of experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, and project management. In 2008, they began their career at Tata Consultancy Services as a Business Process Executive in the UAE Project. Darshan was responsible for performing business research and working with a 10-person team on the Legacy (RIPPLE) Platform. Darshan was also responsible for managing major International Clients such as Pepsi Co, Coca-Cola, Kraft, L'Oreal, J&J, P&G, Unilever, and Nestle.

In 2016, Darshan moved to Concentrix as a Deputy Manager in HR Operations. There, they managed end-to-end HR operations for BPS and BPO Processes, including recruitment, bulk hiring, joining processes, training, and onboarding. Darshan was also responsible for meeting the target (SLAs, KPI, KRA) of the project.

In 2019, Darshan took on the role of Senior/Lead Corporate Recruiter at vTech Solution Inc. In this role, they were responsible for providing an integrated 360 solution for HR and Payroll Services and handling PAN India recruitment in IT and Non-IT fields. Darshan also managed IT and Non-IT recruitment teams.

In 2020, Darshan moved to NielsenIQ as DPS-CI & TA - Global Connect. Darshan was accountable for liaising with data and delivery teams and responsible for the timely provision of resolution to client queries based on the agreed service level to the highest possible quality.

Most recently, in 2021, Darshan took on the role of Talent Acquisition Manager at PATTERNS LLC. In this role, they were responsible for implementing an overall recruiting strategy and aligning it with US/UK recruitment process business objectives. Darshan also identified future talent needs and proactively recruited and sourced, developing talent pools or social engagements.

Currently, Darshan is the Talent Acquisition and HR Operations Manager at Lifelancer.

Darshan Vyas 🇮🇳 (L.I.O.N) has a comprehensive education history. Darshan obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Electrical from N.G.U in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Electrical from T.E.B Gandhinagar in 2007. In 2006, they obtained a Quality Management certification from NIIT. In 2004, they obtained an Electrical Service Technician certification from the State Board of Technical Education and Training.
