Ingrid Ozols AM is a highly experienced professional in the field of mental health, serving as the Director of mh@work since January 2001, where strategic planning and mentorship are provided to create mentally healthy workplaces. Ingrid holds significant roles in various organizations, including serving on the Suicidology Programs Advisory Committee at Griffith University and as an Official Ambassador for StressDown Day with Lifeline Australia.
