Irene Gallagher

Irene Gallagher is currently working as the Head of Crisis Services, Knowledge and Quality at Lifeline Australia since May 2022. Prior to this role, Irene served as the Chief Executive Officer at BEING - Mental Health Consumers from August 2017 to April 2022. Additionally, Irene has held various positions in the mental health sector, including roles at the NSW Mental Health Review Tribunal, University of Technology Sydney, Peer Work Matters, TAFE NSW, SESLHD, Mental Health Coordinating Council, and Institute Of Psychiatry. Throughout her career, Irene has been involved in training, assessment, coordination, and content development in the field of mental health.
