Stuart Romeril

Stuart Romeril is an accomplished chemist with extensive experience in drug discovery and development. Currently serving as Executive Director of Chemistry at LifeMine Therapeutics since January 2022, Stuart previously held the position of Investigator at GSK from November 2006 to February 2022, where responsibilities included leading an Oncology drug discovery program and designing synthetic routes for new therapeutics. Prior to that, from January 2004 to November 2006, Stuart engaged in postdoctoral research at Harvard University under Professor Andrew G. Myers, focusing on the mechanistic study of palladium(II)-catalyzed decarboxylation processes. Stuart completed a Doctor of Philosophy in Organic Chemistry and a Master of Chemistry at the University of Oxford between 1996 and 2004.
