Fétima Oumsalem has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Fétima started their career at Paris Services Familles in 2003, where they held the roles of Office Manager and Assistant to the President and Director. In this position, they were responsible for various tasks such as public market management, HR management, accounting, general services coordination, website updates, and communication campaigns. Fétima also provided support to the President and Director, handling schedules, event organization, document preparation, and meeting coordination.

In 2013, they joined FEPEM - Fédération des particuliers employeurs de France, where they held the positions of Office Manager, Territorial Animator, and Team Coordinator until 2018.

In 2019, they worked at af83 as an Executive Assistant, and from 2020, they joined Lifen in the same role, providing assistance to the CEO.
