Amy Hile

Amy Hile is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at LifeNet Health since January 2021. Prior to this role, Amy held various positions at Southwire Company from June 2014 to January 2021, including Sr. Director of Talent Management and Human Resources Manager. Amy began their career as an HR Generalist at Advance Auto Parts, where responsibilities included creating HR processes and managing benefits and payroll for a large employee base.
