Heather Pierce

Heather Pierce has extensive experience in the medical device and imaging sectors, currently serving as General Manager for Global Orthopedics, Trauma & CMF at LifeNet Health since November 2014. In this high-level role, Heather spearheads strategic planning and marketing for allograft and medical device solutions, leading a team focused on establishing strong relationships with sales teams. Previously, Heather held roles including Senior Director & General Manager for Global Spine & General Orthopedics Franchise and Senior Product Manager for Spine, where strategic initiatives were developed to ensure product growth and successful launches. Prior to LifeNet Health, Heather contributed significantly at Computerized Imaging Reference Systems, Inc. as Sales & Marketing Manager and in product management roles, enhancing revenue through innovative sales strategies. Heather holds an MBA from William & Mary and a BS in Engineering Science & Mechanics from Virginia Tech.
