Julius Kirya Mph

Julius Kirya, MPH, serves as the Regional M&E Manager at LifeNet International since July 2016, overseeing M&E systems design and strategic implementation across multiple African countries, including Uganda, Kenya, and Malawi. Previous roles at LifeNet include Interim Regional M&E Manager and Regional M&E Specialist, where responsibilities involved conducting health outcomes analysis, managing data collection teams, and spearheading training initiatives. Prior to LifeNet, Julius held positions at Nurture Africa and Uganda Village Project, focusing on M&E plans and operational budgets. Julius holds a Master of Public Health from The University of Manchester and a Certificate in Essentials of Global Health from Yale University, complemented by a Bachelor of Statistics from Makerere University.
