Patricia Crosby

Patricia Crosby is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in leadership, education, and creative writing. Currently serving as a Board Member at Just Roots, Inc. and a Volunteer Driver for LifePath, Inc., Patricia has also dedicated time to writing a script, a short story collection, and a poetry collection since October 2020. Previously, Patricia spent nearly two decades as the Executive Director of MassHire Franklin Hampshire Workforce Board and held the position of Director of Special Projects Development at Springfield Technical Community College. Early career roles include Directorship at Commonwealth Futures of Greenfield and the position of Education Coordinator at YMCA Challenge. Patricia holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from Brown University, a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Drama from The Catholic University of America, and a Liberal Arts Transfer degree from Greenfield Community College.
