Liga L has extensive experience in customer care and operations management, currently serving as a German customer care administrator at Lifeplus since September 2017. Prior to this role, Liga worked at Clipper Logistics as an OPS administrator, overseeing a large pick department and ensuring performance metrics were met. Earlier experience includes a coordinator position at XPO Logistics, Inc., where responsibilities included supporting team performance and fostering interdepartmental collaboration. Liga holds a diploma in Fitness Personal Training from Ruby Elite Training and a diploma in Culture Management from the University College of Economics and Culture.
