Alisha Shaffer

Alisha Shaffer has extensive experience in operations and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Operations/HR Coordinator at LifePoint Church since May 2011. In this role, Alisha has focused on providing excellent guest services, impeccable hospitality, and facility management, while also leading children's ministry and developing leaders. Previous experience includes serving as a Schedule Coordinator at Convergys Intelligent Contact from February 2002 to January 2010, where responsibilities encompassed customer service and schedule management. Alisha holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Austin Peay State University, earned between 2009 and 2011.
