Antuian R. Bradford

Antuian R. Bradford, MA, PHR, serves as the Director of Workforce Transformation at Lifepoint Health® since January 2024. Previously, Antuian held various roles at Covenant Physician Partners, including Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Generalist. Antuian's experience also includes work as an Executive Consultant at Alexander Rose Consulting, LLC, and multiple HR positions at Knowledge Academies, Inc. and YMCA of Middle Tennessee. Antuian began a career in human resources at Vanderbilt University Medical Center as an HR Specialist/Recruitment Assistant and has also served as faculty at Father Ryan High School and Brentwood Academy. Antuian holds a Master of Arts in African-American Studies from Morgan State University and a Bachelor of Science in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University, along with a Diversity and Inclusion for HR Certificate from Cornell University.
