Caroline White Barr

Caroline White Barr, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Benefits Analyst at Lifepoint Health® since October 2023. Previously, Caroline worked as an Organizational Change Management Consultant at Crowe, where responsibilities included developing Change Management Strategies for ERP implementations, creating tools for client engagements, and conducting impact analyses. Caroline also held the position of Teaching Assistant in the Management Department at The University of Alabama, served as President of the University of Alabama SHRM Student Chapter, and completed internships as a Compensation Analyst Intern at Regions Bank and as an Onboarding Specialist at Huntsville Hospital. Caroline earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from The University of Alabama.
