Charlotte Lawrence

Charlotte Lawrence is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in corporate governance and compliance. Currently serving as the AVP of Corporate Governance and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Lifepoint Health® since October 2014, Charlotte has held several key positions within the company, including Director of Corporate Governance and Senior Subsidiary Manager. Responsibilities include assisting with Parent Board-related matters, managing corporate governance obligations for joint venture subsidiaries, and overseeing compliance for over 300 subsidiary entities. Previous roles include paralegal positions at Emdeon and Corizon Health, focusing on legal agreements, entity maintenance, and support to General Counsel. Charlotte holds a Diploma in Paralegal Studies (with honors) from Ashworth College and an LLB in Law from Birmingham City University.
