Natalie Geyer

Natalie Geyer currently serves as the Area Director of Operations at Lifepoint Health®, providing strategic leadership for inpatient rehabilitation operations across 12 programs since May 2023. Natalie has extensive experience in healthcare management, having held the position of Program Director at Kindred Hospital Rehabilitation Services since 2017, where full management accountability for a 33-bed rehab unit was maintained, overseeing a team of over 100 employees. Previously, between 2008 and 2017, Natalie managed Rehab Services and other specialties at Presence Saint Francis Hospital, guiding a team of more than 50 healthcare professionals. Early career experiences include roles as Senior Therapist and Senior Physical Therapist in various institutions. Natalie's educational background includes a Doctorate of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Miami, an MBA from National Louis University, and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Miami, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an Executive Fellowship from Lifepoint Health.
