Meagan Andrew has a diverse work experience in the field of physical therapy and athletic training. Meagan began their career at Rancho Physical Therapy in 2006 as a Physical Therapy Aide, where they worked until 2009. In 2010, they joined the University of San Diego as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer and stayed there until 2012. Meagan then worked as an Athletic Trainer at Valletta Orthopaedics from 2012 to 2014. Meagan returned to Rancho Physical Therapy in 2017, this time as a Clinical Director until January 2020. Currently, they serve as the Area Director of Operations at Rancho Physical Therapy from January 2020.
Meagan Andrew PT, DPT, ATC, MA completed their education in a variety of institutions. Meagan started their academic journey at West Texas A and M University in 2005, where they likely pursued a degree or completed coursework in an unspecified field. Following this, from 2008 to 2010, they attended San Diego State University, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Kinesiology with a specialization in Athletic Training. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) in Kinesiology at San Diego State University from 2010 to 2012. Finally, from 2014 to 2016, Meagan Andrew attended the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, where they focused on Physical Therapy/Therapist training. This culminated in their achieving the Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.

Rancho Physical Therapy is a Medicare certified group comprised of physical and occupational therapists, board certified hand therapists, board certified cardiopulmonary specialists, speech therapists, certified athletic trainers and a full array of support staff. Rancho Physical Therapy's services include all of the traditional orthopedic, sports, and industrial outpatient therapies, as well as specialized programs to address the needs of the community. Rancho Physical Therapy places a strong emphasis on home exercise programs and patient education for better long-term results. All therapies provided are coordinated with the physician, patient work place and insurance representative to maximize treatment outcomes.
