Ronald Lemond

Ronald LeMond, OTR/RAC-CT/CHC, is an experienced healthcare professional with a comprehensive background in occupational therapy and healthcare operations management. Currently serving as the Field Director of Compliance at LifePoint Health® since March 2016, Ronald promotes awareness of ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements. Past roles include Regional Director of Operations at Millennium Therapy, Regional Director of Operations at YB Management/Encompass Care, and various leadership positions at Paragon Rehabilitation and RehabCare, focusing on financial and operational outcomes across multiple facility types. Ronald began a private practice in hand therapy as Owner/President of Therapy Plus, and has experience as Director of Outpatient Services at Good Samaritan Hospital. Ronald holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Indiana University Indianapolis, obtained in 1996.
