Victor Harrington

Victor Harrington is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in recruitment marketing and healthcare communications. Currently serving as the Enterprise Director of Recruitment Marketing at Lifepoint Health since August 2019, Victor has developed a centralized recruitment strategy and launched an enterprise-wide career website. Previously, Victor held the position of Division Director of Marketing & Communications for Lifepoint's Western Division, overseeing marketing efforts for approximately 20 acute care hospitals. Before joining Lifepoint Health, Victor was the Regional Director of Marketing and Business Development at UP Health System - Marquette, where successful rebranding initiatives were executed. Victor's career began at UP Health System - Portage, where roles included Marketing Director and Graphic Designer. Victor holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Finlandia University.
