Mindy Harter is a seasoned professional who has held various leadership roles in Human Resources. With over 12 years of experience at Micropump, Inc./IDEX Corp, Mindy eventually became the VP of HR, overseeing multiple business units in the US and Europe. Mindy then moved on to become the VP of HR at Leatherman Tool Group, where Mindy transformed HR into a strategic business partner by implementing talent management, effective performance management, and leadership development programs. Currently, Mindy serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at LifePort, Inc.
