Matthew Holland

Matthew Holland is a Technical Program Manager at LifeRaft. Matthew has over three years of experience in technical program management and implementation consulting. Prior to joining LifeRaft, they worked at GFP Solutions as an implementation consultant and at SimplyCredit, Inc. as a technical program manager.

At GFP Solutions, Holland was responsible for gathering business requirements from multiple key stakeholders, documenting and analyzing them, and proposing implementation solutions. Matthew also created an implementation timeline based on necessary configurations and developments, and tracked progress against the timeline. In addition, they configured ERP software to satisfy business requirements and assisted in data migration from one system to another.

At SimplyCredit, Inc., Holland was the frontline for external communications to leadership teams of 25+ enterprise clients, in addition to third-party companies. Matthew also played cross-functional project management roles in client onboarding, client shutdowns, marketing campaigns, audits, and dispute resolution. In addition, they oversaw customer & client support using CRM software and metrics, BI and data warehousing software, and other support tools for 25+ enterprise clients and their end users. Matthew also managed security training program, with a focus on consumer finance/banking/privacy laws and general compliance & oversight.

Holland has a strong focus on data cleansing with a focus on consumer personal and financial information.

Matthew Holland has a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University Bloomington, a Bachelor of Arts from University of California, Los Angeles, and an Associate's degree from Irvine Valley College. Matthew also has a life and health insurance license from the California Department of Insurance and is a notary public from the California Secretary of State. Matthew has an inactive Series 6 from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) and an inactive Series 63 from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority).
