Jenny McCann has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Jenny started their career at Manulife in 2007 as a Contract Specialist and then moved on to John Hancock in 2008, where they worked as a Case Manager. In 2010, Jenny returned to Manulife, this time as a Senior Case Manager, a role they held for over 11 years. In March 2022, they transitioned to Navigator - Powered By LifeRaft, taking on the position of Client Success Manager.
Jenny McCann obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Dalhousie University, where they studied from 2002 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications in "Establishing Evening Routines to Optimize the Day Ahead" and "Communication Foundations" from LinkedIn in November 2021 and September 2021, respectively.
