Natalie J. Longsworth has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Natalie J. is currently the Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Diversity Equity and Inclusion Officer at Life's WORC, where they are responsible for employee relations, organizational culture, and diversity initiatives. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Inclusion Officer at NYC Health + Hospitals, leading diversity, inclusion, and equity initiatives. Natalie J. has also held roles as the Director of Employee and Labor Relations at Physician Affiliate Group of New York, the Human Rights Investigator at the Human Rights Commission, and the Senior Manager of Philanthropy & Administration at ZMI Foundation. Natalie's experience also includes positions in government, such as serving as a Confidential Employee at Nassau County, a Special Prosecutor at the Town of Hempstead Government, and a Legislative Aide for the State of Michigan.
