Asha S. Collins

Asha S. Collins has a wealth of experience in the healthcare industry. In 2013, they were a Strategy Operations Consultant for the Ethiopia Clinical Research Center, helping to secure $6M in W.H. funding for the organization. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Startup Mentor for Backstage Capital and a Co Producer for Inclusive Health Innovation. In 2018, they were Head of US, Country Clinical Operations for Genentech. In 2019, they became an Aspen Institute Health Innovators Fellow and in 2020, they became a Board Director and Member of the Nominating and Governance Committee for IDEXX Laboratories, Inc. (NASDAQ: IDXX). In 2021, they were General Manager, Biobanks Data Analysis Platforms for DNAnexus and a Board Member for the Translational Research Institute for Space Health (TRISH). Asha S. Asha S. Collins began their education at Enloe High School. Asha S. then attended the University of Pittsburgh, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences. Asha S. later went on to the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they earned a Ph.D. in Cancer Biology/Microbiology.
