Joel Leake

Joel Leake began their career in 2006 as an Accounts Receivable Rep with Cadbury Schweppes Bottling Group, where they were responsible for the collection of outstanding invoices over 60 days past due. In the first three months, they collected over $1MM in AR for Mott's/Snapple team. Joel also compiled monthly AR reports for management review of collection efforts.

In 2008, Joel joined Safety-Kleen as a Government Customer Success Supervisor. In this role, they built and led the new sales support team developed for the growing revenue on the sales side of the Government Department. Joel also designed and facilitated all staff development, as well as built organizational processes for government sales support. Joel then moved into the role of Government Customer Success Specialist, where they managed sales support for over 23,000 federal, state, local and municipality government accounts, including $2.1 million United States Postal Service accounts, and $1.2 million USMC Reserves accounts. Joel then served as a Government Collections Specialist, managing a collection portfolio of over 23,000 Government accounts and conducting cash forecasting analyses and reports on a weekly basis.

In 2021, Joel joined LifeScience Logistics as a Contract and Compliance Administrator.

Joel Leake obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Historical Studies from The University of Texas at Dallas in 1997. In 2013, they also obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Safety-Kleen, OpEx.
